This is a nicely organized poster -- very clean and easy to follow. I would've loved to see a breakdown of the age groups, and a between-groups comparison on whether they differ in how they learn emojis' meanings. I suspect different age groups get information from different places -- just a thought! Good work!
Lexi, these are interesting findings. You were able to get a good-sized group to contribute to your research. My question relates to the "other" category on your pie graph. Where else are people going to find out the meanings for emojis other than social media and their family and friends? Is that slice of the pie referring to our culture generally? Thanks for creating such an interesting poster.
